Welcome to Career Search

With Career Search, you can access labour market information and local area statistics in a convenient, centralised interface. At the top left, you can select from three categories of information:

Occupation gives you information such as: pay, workforce development predictions and general data about a particular occupation.

Area ensures you have access to a number of census and population survey statistics about an area, such as a Local Authority district or a ward. You can search these by postcode.

Vacancies is a quick-access interface to Adzuna (the 2018 replacement of the UK government’s job search platform, Universal Jobmatch). It gives you the quick details about available vacancies in an area, and link to the full vacancy information.
